TRAINING PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS
Goal: To provide a platform to the most diligent aspirants who are dedicated, focused and are willing to explore the vast avenues of dermatology, cosmetic and aesthetic medicine.
Objective: To train, enhance and sharpen the dermatological and aesthetic skills of enthusiastic aspirants who seek to upgrade their knowledge and professional skills.
All the training programs and modules are developed by our research team which are enhanced by specialized and appropriate tools.
The clinical demonstrations, presentations and module reviews are strictly developed to provide practical understanding and build professional skills. We emphasize on top class hands on trainings.
To set high standards of professional trainings in the dermatology and aesthetic field and mark a niche of our own.

SELECTION CRITERIA
We have set standards and selection criterias on the basis of which candidates are chosen for the training programs at EILAM.
The selection process and decision is solely taken by the Selection Committee of the EILAM. The purpose of the selection committee is to assess the comparative merit of each applicant and to recommend them for the suitable training programs. The deliberations of the selection committee should at all times remain confidential.
At EILAM, we want to train superior class of dermatologist who are hardworking, diligent and are willing to learn the intricacies of dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Aspirants who are interested to apply for the training programs can fill the online application form and upon selection will be intimated through an official email from the Institute.
It is mandatory for all the selected candidates to appear for the Personal or telephonic interview as per the case maybe.
*Note: For local aspirants it is mandatory for them to come for the personal interview.
Outstation candidates can choose to appear either for the personal or telephonic interview.
FINAL ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION POLICY:
On selection, the entire course fee has to be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the course date. On receiving the payment, we will send out the training manual so that you can prepare ahead. If you choose to pay your remaining fees on Day 1 of the course, no training materials are sent out.
CANCELLATION
- A full refund is given if attendee cancels 3 weeks before the date.
- 75% refund till 2 weeks before.
- If notice period is less than 2 weeks, no refund is possible.
